Glomus tumors are caused by hyperplasia of the glomus body. Extra-digital occasionally challenging to identify. We report a case patient who was misdiagnosed with carpal tunnel syndrome and eventually after surgical excision it found be tumor. Tumors must therefore considered in differential diagnosis individuals extra digital lesions that present at wrist stabbing pain, hypersensitivity, paroxysmal MRI findings subcutaneous low T1 high T2 signal cystic lesion.
